Almost there! I have almost made it to DC. I have to say it is one of the hardest things I have ever done but one of the best. We have met so many kids along the way and done so many different projects. I need two things from all of you! One is if you are available to come out and walk on July 9th in DC please do. It wont take but about an hour but the awareness you will help us raise will be priceless. We will be meeting on the Northside of the White House around 9:45 and walking at 10 am. Second thing is.....Please write those letters. Send email blast encouraging others to write them as well. We need as many as we can get to show President Obama that this issue is important to all of us. They dont need to be long (can be if you want them to be) just ask for him to continue to do the best he can o help homeless youth.
